One of the best acoustic picks ever
July 13, 2020
I absolutely love this pick, primarily for acoustic guitar. I'm sure everyone has gone through a pick-tone quest and I'm no exception. I really like the tone this pick provides, its warm yet crisp and lets your guitar ring naturally. As in, there's no plastic pick noise when you strum, in fact the little pick noise there is sounds warm and natural. For this very reason I stopped using celluloid picks as well as delrin, gel and every other type of pick except for super thin (.46) nylon and thermex picks. In fact, I find myself using this pick more than any other. The two guitars I use it on are a martin D18 Golden Era and a new Gibson 1939 J55 reissue. I have used Clayton's protein pick and Fender's Tru-Shell pick and quite honestly I prefer the John Pearse turtle pick. I plan to buy a couple more in the near future, well worth the price seeing as D'addario just came out with their own Casein pick for like $22
ProsAWESOME TONE Great feel Warm, natural sounding pick attack
ConsThey taste a lil funny so don't put them in your mouth
