In most instances, we are only able to accept items for refund or exchange that have not been used. Please contact us if you are experiencing a problem with your merchandise and we will be happy to find a solution.
Requesting a Return or Exchange
If you need to return or exchange an item, please contact our customer service team by email at firstname.lastname@example.org or by phone at 1-877-830-0722. We will provide you with instructions on how to send us your items for return or exchange.
Refund payments will be issued back to the customer in the same format that was used for the original purchase.
Shipping and Restocking Fees
In most cases, Strings and Beyond does not charge a return shipping or restocking fee. However, in some cases exceptions may be made with items that may require special handing or international shipping. If a package is refused as a result of duty import fees, all merchandise will be refunded less original shipping charges.
