Worth Premium Ukulele Strings Brown Fluorocarbon Tenor BT 63 inch

Tension Model Length 1st-A 2nd-E 3rd-C 4th-G

Tenor BT 63 in .0224 in .0260 in .0291 in .0244 in

When setting new strings, these Fluorocarbon lines will distend one or two days.  No future elasticity.  Playing without stress.
Choosing strings with the same nylon tension, can be very thin strings and yet have a good balance.
These very thin Fluorocarbon strings produce much volume.
Good, resounding, high, dry, sweet sound.
Unchangeable in any environment.  Regardless of instrument body type.

A pretty good string choice, and gentle on fingers with the lower tension.
ProsGentle on fingers Good value at double length
ConsPrefer if less plastic in packaging.

Great strings

Just changed my my first set of these after 1 3/4 year. They last a long time, sound great, and feel great. There is enough string in each pack for two changes.
ProsLong lasting Excellent sound Great feel

Quality string with a nice soft action

I've been using Worth tenor ukulele strings for better than 2 years now. Love the tone of the brown fluorocarbons. They bend easily and play in quickly. Incidentally I have never broken a Worth string and can't really see how that would be possible.
ProsBright, Responsive, Long lasting.
ConsCan't think of any.

Can't get the 1st string to "A".
December 11, 2016
For some reason, the first string snaps just before I get it to "A" using my built in tuner on my tenor uke. The other strings are fine and I like the sound and feel. I've tried it twice and both times the string snapped just above "G".
ProsGood sound. Nice feel if you prefer heavier strings Brown strings look great on the uke
ConsJust wish I could get the A string to work.
