The best pick I've used.
This pick does everything well for me. My string gauges: 11-48, sometimes 10-46. Tuned to D standard. I use the red .50 pick for metal, speed, tremolo, chords, etc. Jazz III picks are nice, but I don't get the fluency I need while playing higher tempos and staying very close to the string(s) at all times. This pick beats every other pick I've tried. A thinner Jazz III pick might be interesting, but there is no such thing at this time.
Prosspeed accuracy flexibility attack
ConsLoses point very easily. A thin pointed pick like this made from a more durable material is surely most desirable pick, but doesn't exist yet.

My two favorite picks in one.
A cross between the standard Tortex size with the precision of the Jazz III? Yes please!
ProsGrip of Tortex Long-lasting Like holding a giant Tortex Jazz II
ConsNone whatsoever.

Still prefer the standard tortex
Guess its not so ideal for my strumming style. The picks also look less appealing than the cute little tortoises on the tortex standards. I'd imagine string pickers would prefer this to the regular tortex though.

A great discovery!
After much searching for a "sharp" pick I found these and I´m very happy about them. Their shape and size seem perfect for my picking.
ProsI really like the sharp shape. Not slippery.

This pick absolutely rocks!
During the last couple of months I was seriously considering selling my amp (Dual Rectifier). I found it lacked punchyness and tightness. This pick changed all of that. I really like digging the strings to get very heavy palm mutes. This pick whips the string perfectly to get a sharp attack every time. I also tried the.88 (also awesome) but settled with .73. I also compared with the blackfangs (Ultex) and they last a bit longer. Ultex really does not last long, and I don't dig the chalkboard texture. Stop shopping, just buy it, you'll be glad you did.
Pros- Sharp bright attack. - Relatively inexpensive. - Lots of thicknesses to choose.
Cons- The pick gets dull moderately fast. Not as bad as ultex though.

Ok for an enhancement of the classic dunlop shape but I prefer the Jazz XL
I bought these picks hoping that they are going to be "the ones". It turns out that I use them only with my acoustic guitar. The pointy edge last less longer than jazz xl and they are bulkier.

Good for picking.
Best picks I have tried to pick with, alongside the Jazz III. These help a lot if you have wide fingers. And the tone pretty good.
ProsEasy to pick with Good tone Good texture Specially good for wide fingers.

An improvement on a classic
I've always found the standard dunlop pick shape to be a bit stubby and slow feeling for fast picking and string skipping. These are quite an improvement. I also like the heavier white and black gauges.

I like 'em
I've purchased yellow, orange, red, and green. It's nice being able to easily identify the thickness by color at a glance. I prefer the green for metal and yellow for softer strumming. I didn't find a lot of use for red and orange, but that will vary by player of course.
ProsEasy to identify by color
