Martin M260 is born for Martin 000C Nylon
As far as I tried sets of nylon string to my MARTIN 000C Nylon, this Martin M260 80/20 Bronze with ball end is the best. I have tried D'addario Folk Nylon before but its sound too warm for 000C. I have also tried M260 with my Parlor Art and Lutherie (Ami), the strings give more clarity and brightness to its Cedar top. Normal tension from Martin Nylon is less than D'addario Nylon. Bottom line result, M260 gives "steel string feeling and sound" if you like finger-style or something not too classical.
ProsGreat tone for Nylon-finger-style player. Good tension. Cheap.
ConsIt's not easy for me to find Martin M260 in Thailand, so I have to buy from USA but That's okay.
