These capos work like a charm. Whether you are rockin out in Madison Square Gardens with Poison or if you are at grandma's house singing songs to your cousins. You won't miss a key change in between songs!

These capos are easy to use and very fast to change! A perfect fit for the necks and fingerboards of acoustic 6-string guitars, the original Quick-Change is a snap to reposition between frets using just one hand, or to "park" on the head stock.

This capo is used by more guitarists than any other capo. The quick change design allows for fast and easy key change with the use of only one hand. Don't wait until your next gig, order one today!

An excellent Capo
After 4 decades of working with capos on electric and acoustic guitars, I would recommend the Kyser as a first choice. They are not perfect, but they're as close as you can get - in overall function! I've used most other types of capos available, at least the ones that are highly recommended, etc.

Kysers allow for one handed, quick use, quick adjustment, and even a level of intonation correcting. If there is a bit too much/too little pressure, you can give a little push to 'fine tune' the tension of the capo to strings. This may be a more advanced approach, others may not like it, but it works for me - I do not re-tune after putting a capo on.

G7 capos are great (close to the simple/accurate Kyser), Shubbs, and many others also have a lot to offer - but they all have either an adjustment tweak, or some other drawback affecting their ease of use. Kysers are quick, light, and just work.
ProsLight weight, fast to use, easy to 'fine tune'. Less expensive than many other quality capos. Also, EXCELLENT customer service and warranty service.
ConsNot as expensive as some other "fancy" tricked out capos - so that could fool you!

Easy to use
Always use these. Great for a solo acoustic player who changes keys almost every song. However the mechanics do wear over time and saltwater air will corrode the spring. I do over 300 shows a year and probably replace one per year. Not too shabby.
ProsEase of use Pretty durable
ConsSpring will eventually wear out

The Kyser really does work.
Watching Taylor Swift videos, I saw her adjusting her capo and it seemed so easy for her. So I researched it and found out it was a Kyser. I bought it right away, and I can see why she uses it. It works! Just squeeze the ends, put it on the neck near the fret of interest and let go. Done.
