Best Strings EVER!!
January 29, 2021
I’ve been playing since 1978. I’ve used pretty much every string brand out there. Ernie Ball was my mainstay but I would try others that I would hear about but would always come back to Ernie....until I heard about John Pearse! I was amazed! Not only did they last three times longer, they retained the sparkle and zing like I’ve never seen in any other string. When I finally do change a set of strings, the new set don’t sound much different than the old set! Not only that JP strings don’t turn my fingertips black either, I love buying these strings from “Strings and Beyond.” Good price! Good service! No tax and free shipping!

Very, very good strings

I put them on my Gibson SG after good Ernie Ball Slinky strings.
Man, it was revelation. So smooth, so light, sound awesome, perfect intonation....
There are no better strings made for this kind of money plus they last for a long time.

Perfect for Telecaster

I've been using Pearse 2500's on my '52 Tele RI. Excellent vintage tone with lots of chime, and have a soft feel. They are easy to bend (there is truth in their advertising), they stay in tune well, and last as long as more expensive brands of pure nickel round-wound strings. A great product at a great price.
Pros
- Feel great under your fingers
- Stable tuning
- Long lasting

These are the best sounding strings I've ever used on my guitar, period. and I've been playing since 1971. I use them on my PRS, Tele, Strat and 1984 Gibson 345. I play jazz , funk, rock and R&B. 'nuff said - hit me!
