When will my order ship?
99% of orders placed before 3:00 pm EST ship the same day and most of the other orders will ship within 2 days. You will be contacted by email or phone if there are any problems or extended delays with your order.
Can I exchange or return my order?
Of course you can! Just give us a call or drop us an email within 30 days of placing your order and we'll be happy to help you organize the return or exchange.
I opened at set of strings and I see some rust spots. Can you help?
Absolutely! Just drop us an email and we'll do our best to get you fixed up. If it's been less than 30 days since you ordered then we'll probably send out a replacement asap to you. If it's been more than 30 days then we might have you contact the manufacturer depending on the strings.
We'll do our best to make the situation right.
What's the shelf life on the guitar strings that i purchase?
Guitar Strings that you purchase from Strings and Beyond are the freshest in the world. However, guitar strings do have a shelf life and we recommend that our customers use the strings within 1-3 months of purchase.
Guitar Strings begin oxidizing the moment they come off the winding machine and depending on your environment they might have a long life or a short life.
We don't want you to open strings with rust spots so please be sure to keep this in mind when ordering and try to use the strings within 1-3 months of purchase.
