Free USPS First Class shipping on U.S and Canadian orders over $35! ($5.95 USPS First Class for U.S orders under $35, $7.95 USPS First Class for Canadian orders under $35)

At Strings and Beyond we make every effort to pack and ship your order as soon as it comes in.  Once it goes out the door it's up to the U.S. Postal Service to get it to you.  Please note that the shipping times shown below are estimates and are not guaranteed.

Some items may not quality for free shipping. See item descriptions for additional shipping charges. Free shipping valid for U.S. orders only. United States Postal Service Delivery to USA including APO and FPO. Just select the "Free shipping" option when you check out.  If you need your strings within 1-2 days we recommend using the Priority mail option or the Express mail option.

(Larger orders may require additional shipping charges for Express depending on products being ordered.)

USPS International Shipping **, 5-10 days, $14.95 up to 10 items/sets;  $5.00 will be added for each additional 10 items/sets
Shipping amount may be increased further for larger or heavier items. Strings and Beyond will not be held responsible for any local customs taxes or import duties which may be charged at the time of delivery.  *Shipping may be changed after international orders have been received on orders over $100 to ensure that full shipping costs are covered.

USPS Express Mail International Shipping **, 2-5 days, $29.95 up to 10 items/sets;  $5.00 will be added for each additional 10 items/sets  Shipping amount may be increased further for larger or heavier items. Return Policy - If you would like to return or exchange your merchandise, please return the original item(s) with your receipt within 30 days of your purchase for a full refund minus shipping costs. Merchandise must be unused and unopened to qualify for exchange. For defective merchandise please contact us directly at 877-830-0722.
