Item Description

Newtone Masterclass PhosBronze 12 String Acoustic Guitar Strings

These Phosphor Bronze wound strings are of a unique design. They give improved tonal quality, longer brighter life and lower tension to pitch. You haven't experienced exceptional guitar strings until you have tried Newtone strings. Newtone strings provide long life and exceptional tone because they are constructed using a round core wire instead of a hex core wire that is used by most manufacturers. Newtone strings are hand crafted and every string is visually checked for quality.

Newtone Master Class PhosBronze 12-string set
Really wonderful strings! Warm & clear with just the right amount of brightness and very little string noise. Lower tension than most mass-produced strings, these are made the old-fashioned way and their quality is excellent. Sound and feel are first rate all the way!

12 string--light Newtone
The first 24 hours on my Guild weren't pleasant. But for once, time was my friend, and the tone began to get mellow. They have now been on for 5 days and couldn't sound better (tuned to standard E.) Hold up well w/out buzz in drop D, and that low octave set is a find foundation for the sound. Just the exact combination of warm/bright that I've been unable to find with Daads of every type. Don't know how the medium-light will sound, but have no reason to try them. at this point.
