Ovation Adamas guitar strings are very well-known but can be hard to find. Most music stores don't stock them. Don't worry, we've got 'em.
Designed from the inside out for balanced performance in tone and feel, Adamas Phosphor Bronze wrap wire produces a rich, full sound with even tone throughout the harmonic range. Their Composite GaugingTM technique utilizes core and wrap wire of identical size so that neither part of the string dominates the various modes of string vibration. Thus, the strings vibrate more consistently and with greater amplitude to produce a sharper, more precise tone.

Overall Rating for Adamas Composite Gauge Phosphor Bronze Acoustic Guitar Strings
|(based on 1 review)| I've used these strings for about 15 years now. They have never let me down sound wise. They sound great from string up and for a long time. I can put a set of these on a cheap guitar and it sounds good to great. Put them on a good guitar and they sing.
Truly great sounding strings.

Only problem is they rust after a while in the packet. I bought a dozen of them a couple years ago and after about two years the unwound strings began to oxidise.
That's the only readon I did not give them 5 stars.
Pros:Big bass, crispt clear treble, lovely crisp sound.
Cons:I have had them rust in the package. Keep them around more than a few years and they are speckled like a ripe banana.
I would recommend this item to a friend.
